If you do not receive an e-mail message after requesting it from Forgot your User ID and/or Password functionality:
- Check your email client spam filter
- Check with your IT department or email server provider for server level spam filters
- The system may not recognize the e-mail address you entered as belonging to an ACS Paragon Plus account. If you have other e-mail addresses, you can try entering them in the Forgot your User ID and/or Password? feature.
